I just bought a 4 qt corningware dutch oven with a lid! I had one when I lived in NYC and I cooked a small turkey in it and it was the best most tender juicy turkey I have ever eaten!! When I moved I left it behind and regretted it!! The only thing is I can't remember if I had a 5 qt or the 4 qt! I am hoping that this year I can roast a turkey in my 4 qt dutch oven and have the same results as I did 20 years ago!!
